Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Buildable. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
• In its original packaging with all tags attached.
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Items that are not eligible for return include:

• Sale items
• Gift cards
• Final sale products

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sayda18m@gmail.com  with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send back your item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately inform you of the status of your refund after the inspection.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

4. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at sayda18m@gmail.com We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to product availability.

The same conditions for returns (unused, original packaging) also apply to exchanges.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
